Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the MeowAPI Developer Console (console.yukibots.me), authentication mechanisms, or application programming interfaces (api.yukibots.me, api2.yukibots.me, api3.yukibots.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Developer Quotas & Rate Limits

All developers are allocated standard infrastructure quotas under the Free Developer Tier:

Daily Request Allocation: 6,000 requests per 24-hour UTC window.
Standard Rate Limit: 4 requests per 3-second interval per API key.
Key Rotation Limits: A maximum of 2 key regenerations per calendar day.
Quota Reset: All daily usage metrics automatically reset at 00:00:00 UTC.

3. Account Security & Single-Device Session Policy

Developer authentication is conducted exclusively via Telegram Direct Message OTP through @MeowApiRobot. To protect credentials and prevent account hijacking, a strict Single-Device Session Lock is enforced. Logging into the console from a new browser or IP address will automatically terminate any preexisting sessions elsewhere.

4. Prohibited Uses & Anti-Abuse Standards

Developers and bot operators must maintain responsible infrastructure habits. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate API key revocation and Telegram identifier blacklisting:

Attempting to bypass rate limiting controls via distributed IP scraping loops.
Submitting automated high-frequency OTP login requests (accounts requesting more than 5 codes per hour face automated 24-hour lockouts).
Transferring or redistributing API credentials to unauthorized third parties without using the console ownership transfer protocol.
Launching Denial-of-Service (DoS) or distributed resource exhaustion attacks against cluster ingestion endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Distribution

MeowAPI provides low-latency audio stream extraction and indexing interfaces. All extracted content remains the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Developers are solely responsible for ensuring their applications comply with relevant copyright regulations and terms of source platforms.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

MeowAPI provides API endpoints on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While multi-gateway failover is maintained across operational clusters, we reserve the right to modify rate limits, update endpoint parameters, or deprecate legacy routes with reasonable prior notice published to the official documentation (docs.yukibots.me).
